Responsibility
In this role you will be responsible for all e-commerce activity för Boel Cramo in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Balticum. You will be the connection/interface between the operational stakeholders and digital IT. Overall goal and responsibility is to make e-commerce grow.


What You’ll Do
Be the single point of contact for all stakeholders and requirements in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Balticum.

• Receive, manage and prioritize business requirements

• Evaluate the feasibility of requirements

• Be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the product, incl. both new development, operations, and maintenance

• Responsible for agreements and SLAs

• Responsible for all product related communication and decisions

• Responsible for acceptance testing (UAT) together with Digital Leaders and affected stakeholders

• Develop and define KPI’s with upper management

• Prioritize incidents

You will as part of your role test the functionality and perform education/ information to the operational organisation. You will also
coach the Digital Operations Manager also located in Solna.


Your profile
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product owner in B2B or B2C
• Overall understanding of technologies used in the product
• Management of stakeholders and their expectation
• Deep understanding and experience with agile methodologies
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
• Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Experience in sales or marketing is an advantage


Experience
To be able to do a good job in this position you will need a good interest and experience in technical IT and the digital ecom issues.
You will need some experience in Google analytics and KPI follow up as well as in A/B testing .
Good knowledge of CMS (Episerver) and PIM (InRiver)is a merit
You would also need some knowlwedge in Google Tag manager, Confluence and Jira. You should have good experience in talking to IT department.


As a person you are
A driven, ambitious and easy going person who is ready to take on the challenge to grow one of Europe’s biggest rental companies e-commerce.


Education
Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant in IT technology, Digital ecom area, Bus Administration or similar.


Language
Strong language skills in written and verbal in English and Swedish is a must.

Location is in Solna Stockholm.
