Purpose of the role
To provide clear financial information, direction and support to the management team and to lead, manage and develop the Finance function. Scope includes all subsidiary operating companies.


Job Description & Specification
Be responsible for the day to day management of the Finance function, including the leadership of subordinates in Norway and Sweden.

Be accountable for internal reporting procedures and provide senior managers with clear and reliable figures and management information (especially on major projects).

Play a leading role in determining the strategy for the business.

Assist in identifying new acquisitions and carry out due diligence on targets following through to successful integration.

Periodically review the asset base of the business to maximise return on capital employed.

Share best practice with other Keller Group companies where relevant.

Serve on Joint Venture boards where required.

Demonstrate leadership in creating a positive safety culture throughout the business.

Drive behavioural change of individuals.

Recruit, develop and retain the best finance staff.

Undertake annual and periodic performance reviews meetings

Continuous Professional Development.

Report in an adequate and timely manner on all financial issues and ensure compliance with statutory and Group requirements.

Lead our response to internal and external financial audits.

Ensure that the business has a coherent and comprehensive financial plan.

Uphold and safeguard values in relation to ethics and corporate responsibility.

Maintain legal records as required by local legislation.



Experience, skills and qualifications needed
Qualified Accountant/controlling background from different companies with at least 10 years post qualification experience.

Experience of project contracting environment and understanding of this type of business.

Leadership experience of at least 4-6 persons in minimum 5 years

Experience from international exposure and reporting is a merit

Proven good track record on management level.

Good user knowledge of the different common financial IT systems is important.

Experience in the construction or contracting sector i sa merit.

Awareness of andthe right attitude strategic business planning.

Knowledge of Swedish praxis and basic contract law, experience from Norwat is a merit.

This role will need an education in Bus administration BSc or MSc

Language
The ability to speak and write Swedish and English is important, a good understanding of Norwegian is also rather important. Knowledge in German is a merit.
