Purpose of the role
The role as CEO for Sweden will be business oriented and will focus on serving the existing clients base that the company already has but will also brooden the portfolio of customers and projects.
Success is likely to require a high level of energy and involvement in supporting and continously developing the organisation, the operational structure and the business.

Key Responsibilities
The CEO of Keller Sweden will have full responsibility and accountability for the total sales and profit as well as the development of the organisation to fullfill the agreed targets for Sweden.
First and foremost, the health and safety of the business’s employees must be assured, he/she must work cloose with the existing Keller HSEQ team to deliver this.
Presenting the Keller Group to clients, partners and consultants will take up a significant proportion of the working week.
Generally, and particularly in the early stages of the business, the CEO will be important in winning contracts and also generating new business

Job Description & Specification
The recruitment, retention and development of staff will ensure the growth of the company and will be an important role for the CEO.
Extracting knowledge and experience from the established European partners will support the aims of the company.

More specifically the responsibilities would include:
 Developing the medium term plan and setting clear goals and objectives for the Swedish team.

 Directing the organisation's activities to achieve the agreed targets and standards for operation and the financial goals as well as safety, quality, and legislative adherence.

 Be part of the the submission of major project bids, including multi-disciplinary solutions and ensuring that risk and opportunities are comprehensively assessed and managed.

 Responsibility for the day-to-day management of all aspects of the total operation through the existing senior management team.

 Maintaining and developing the organisational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/officials.

 Leading and motivating the management team and workforce to ensure the full enhancement of their skills and capabilities.

 To grow the business from todays existing customers and markets.

 The role as CEO has of course full responsibility of budget, turnover/result and all personell.

 To bring energy and focus to the development of new products and solutions and the identification of fresh new markets and opportunities.

 When appropriate proposing capital investment necessary for the development and growth of the business.

 Executing the responsibilities of a CEO in accordance with the law and upholding the Keller Group standards in relation to safety, ethics, integrity and corporate and social responsibility.

Experience, skills and qualifications needed
The right person for this position as CEO Sweden is likely to have gained good solid experience, some of which will have been preferably in construction segment, major projects and operation or similar. experience from the foundation/geotechnical business is a merit but not a must

In developing the business the person will need to demonstrate good experience and tallent and be a role model to his or her reports.

Skills in presenting and selling will be critical.

Leadership qualities will be important in running a team which is diverse. The Manager will possess strong influencing skills - with the ability to motivate and negotiate with senior Managers.

He/she will be able to get results from tough conditions, inspire others to perform beyond expectations, and exhibit the sort of presence that builds confidence in others.

Naturally the CEO must be self-motivating, and able to work and take desisions in isolation.

The ability to speak Swedish and English is important, an ability to speak and understand German is a merit.

The right candidate should have a good experience and tallent in understanding business economics, organisational development as well as operation and change development.

The Manager should also be prepared to travel widely throughout Sweden and at times elsewhere.
