The pupose of the role is to manage the commercial relationship in order to realize the commercial objectives of ADAMA NE (pre sales, sales & after sales) and to manage the relationships in order to support the realization of the commercial objectives of ADAMA NE with stakeholders

The main duties are:
- Sets up the market approach plan together with the Area manager and
Technical support manager;
- Realizesthe commercial objectives related to an account (P&L and qualitative);
- Managesthe ongoing commercial relationship with key accounts;
- Effectively influences stakeholders to contribute to the commercial objectives;
- Provides inputfrom the market for the market approach plans and the derived
marketing activities.

The Account manager reports directly to the Area manager.

· At least 3 years of experience in the crop protection market;
· Up-to-date knowledge of the crop protection market;
· Fluent in English and local language.

 Knowledge and Skills
- Strongcommunication, interpersonal and negotiating skills, including the
ability to build effective working relationships;
- Good actual knowledge of the developments within the crop protection
- Ability to pick up signals regarding market developments and opportunities
and to translate them into valuable information for internal use;
- Determined to achieve results and a passion to succeed
- Strong problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a person with at least BSc in the marketing/commercial field.
