Rental Mgr Buses Finland/East Europe

The role as Business Rental Manager
In the role as Business Rental Manager you are part of the Fleet Management Department and you report directly to the Fleet Manager Europe located in Stockholm Sweden.

You are responsible of finding and developing new markets for rental business of second hand buses mainly in Finland and the eastern European countries.

- working together with other colleagues of the fleet management group for the rental and sales business.
- plan and perform sales visits/trips with prospects/possible customers.
- execute the business through rental, rental-sales or ordinary sales in an independent way.
- perform and document tests of the actual buses for sale.
- develop the calculation model and the different processes of the rental business.
- manage the documentation of the business and make the input for the invoice process.
- build the external and internal relations with people and organizations for long term relations and business.
- make the calculations in co-operation with the internal finance department, law specialists and the fleet management team.
- use the different processes and knowledge that is needed for the business.
- responsible for the usage of necessary information of the buses to be used in the daily work and business.

We are looking for a person that has the drive, the execution and a good personal responsibility view. As Business Rental Manager you need to be communicative and to have a good social competence to build good relations. Important in this role is also to have a strong integrity and a good planning ability. Also a good ability to independently perform the actual work is needed. A good knowledge in presenting information and figures for customers as well as internally is needed.
It is also important to be rather patient as a person since this work sometimes is a rather long term process and the decision process can sometimes be rather long.
A good business knowledge and commercial personality is needed and a strong will to do good business.

- you need to have experience from the vehicle business e.g. buses, trucks, forklift trucks, cars or construction machinery or other technical products..
- you need to have a solid experience from working with major sales or rental business where financing knowledge is needed.
- experience from companies like Cramo, Ramirent, Mercedes Trucks, Volvo Trucks, Setra, Neoplan etc is a good merit.
- experience from working with the bus segment is a good merit.
- experience from travelling is needed and a family situation that is supportive and has a good understanding.
- normal usage and knowledge of Microsoft Office program is needed, knowledge in Excell is a god merit.

Driving license for car is a must for this position.

Your knowledge in speaking Finnish and English both verbal and in written is important. More languages like Swedish or any eastern European language is a merit.

We are looking for a person with relevant education for the actual position, the education could be either technical or economic.

Location is in Finland or in another eastern European country, the Finnish Nobina office is locasted in Helsinki.
