Digital Operation manager

Digital Operations Manager

As Digital Operations you will be located att Cramo Group HK in Solna Sweden and will be the driving force in supporting the five different countries marketing teams with daily digital operations. Your role is to manage new change requests and requirements. You are responsible for ensuring consistency and synergy between local digital responsible persons in the different countries and and the IT DevOps team working at HK in Solna.
You should ensure high quality and improve the different communication platforms like homepages and ecom etc. You will be responsible for planning new releases and maintenance breaks. You will further collect and prioritizing the ecom requests, develop and manage existing processes.

Main responsibilities
You will be working with google analytics and KPI follow up as well as CMS (Episerver) and PIM (InRiver) to optimizing content and user journey.
The role will collect and manage new change requests and requirements and to make the prioritizing of the different ecom requests.
You will also do the different regression testing as well as issue fixes and new features.
On regular basis testing all functionalities and rental flow through to make sure everyting works and that there is no unexpected issues occurring.
Part of the role is also to support IT test lead as well as offering support in different digital topics, guidance on CMS and problem situation support in digital content.
Another important work is to create user manuals, organizing training to stakeholders and to offer support in usage.
Planning and creating A/B testing for local ecom sites, following heatmaps and user session recordings to get a good understanding of how visitors engage and how to improve web sites. Also inserting code scrips in Tag Manager when needed is another duty of this role.

The role belongs to Group Marketing & Communication and reports to Director for Group Staff functions (this includes Marketing, Communications, HR and Sustainability) and is placed in Solna, Stockholm

Relevant communication skills who can present and communicate mainly IT information in a clear way.
Creative mindset is important for this role.
Ability to create relationships and networks and have a good balance between being diplomatic and being able to make demands when needed.
It is important that the the person in this role is rather operative as a person and has a good driving force to get things going.

To be able to do a good job in this position you will need a good interest in technical IT and the digital ecom issues.
You will need good experience in Google analytics and KPI follow up as well as in A/B testing .
Good knowledge of CMS (Episerver) and PIM (InRiver)is a merit
You would also need good knowlwedge in Google Tag manager, Confluence and Jira.

Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant IT technology, digital ecom area or similar.

Strong language skills in written and verbal in English and Swedish is a must.

Location is in Solna Stockholm.
