As Sustainability Manager you will be a driving force in Cramo’s internal and external sustainability work encompassing even quality and safety. You will work strategically as well as operatively. You are responsible for ensuring consistency and synergy between procedures, and to ensure and improve the efficiency of Group policy. You will further develop and manage existing processes such as supplier requirements. You will have many contact areas in the company and a close collaboration with the Cramo Care Managers in the different countries. You also actively participate in the Group management team’s meetings on occasions when QSE-related issues are on the agenda. You also have contact with external stakeholders and represent Cramo in various types of industry collaboration.

Main responsibilities
Develop, anchor, and monitor Group QSE strategy, policies, and targets, together with specialist functions on Group and operating country level.

Compile, develop and coordinate internal and external Group sustainability reporting.

Measure and account for sustainability performance.

Communicate QSEwork internally and externally in close cooperation with Group Marketing & Communication.

Coordinate a forum with local QSEmanagers, with the aim of exchanging thoughts and ideas and driving group initiatives.

Actively work to anchor and follow-up Group initiatives within our operating countries in close collaboration with Group and local specialist functions.

Support Group specialist functions and operating countries in primarily sustainability, but also quality and safety matters, for example customer projects and in the management of the environmental management system

Initiate and participate in stakeholder dialogues and partnerships for sustainable development.

Educate the organization in QSE with a focus on sustainability.

The position will also serve to be the main liaison towards the QSEfunctions in Boels Rental Central Europe.

The role belongs to Group Marketing & Communication and reports to Director for Group Staff functions (this includes Marketing, Communications, HR and Sustainability) and is placed in Solna, Stockholm

Engaging communicator with a pedagogical vein who can present and communicate information in a clear way at both operational and strategic level.

Ability to create relationships and networks and have a good balance between being diplomatic and being able to make demands.

Good solid experience within the sustainability/QSE field
For the role relevant knowledge reg standard regulation in EU regarding for example sustainability reporting
Experience in driving and communicating sustainability work

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in relevant academic education preferably linked to sustainability/QSE

Strong language skills in written and verbal in English

Location is in Solna Stockholm.
